As a customer of Im your doc, I have found their services to be average. While they provide convenient online appointments, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. The website interface is outdated and sluggish, and sometimes it takes forever to load. The customer support is responsive but not very knowledgeable. I expected more from a reputed company like Im your doc. I hope they improve their services in the future.
