I am so impress to the staffs at BMW of Henderson. They treated us nicely, they are very professional. Specially mention to Hector Martinez Bernal for being so patient. Thank you for listening to me and accepted my offer. I was not pressured. I hope I did not give him a hard time lol. Thank you for giving me a great deal on my new X3 series. I am very happy of the price.
Thank you also to Ben they call him "BMW genius" lol. He patiently showed and taught me on how to use the millennium electronic devices.
We came back the next day for Ben. While we were waiting for him there were 2-3 people asked us if we needed or an assistant help. KUDOS to you guys. I will greatly recommend BMW of Henderson to my friends and co workers.
Hope you guys will not change. Great job, great customer service!!!!
