Was good over all but at the very end didn't full fill his part of commitment which was promised before beginning of the house hunting. Planning to refere my friends here but because of this incident I couldn't refer to anyone.

A general advice to all when buying home ALWAYS have everything in written. If you are promised in words and have no proof you are easily mislead.
