I have been a customer of Rosson Hal for a few years now, and I have to say their service is average. While they have a decent selection of products, their customer support leaves much to be desired. The staff is not very knowledgeable or helpful, and I often feel like I'm being rushed off the phone when I have questions. Overall, I would give them a rating of average.
