I recently purchased a new computer from a well-known company and I have to say, I am very disappointed with the product and the customer service. The computer constantly freezes and crashes, and when I contacted their customer service, they were not helpful at all. I wish I had bought my computer from Kens Computers INC instead. I have heard great things about their products and the exceptional customer service they provide. I will definitely consider buying from them in the future.
