I visited this bakery yesterday and was blown away by the quality of their baked goods. The gingerbread cookies are absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of spice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was cozy. I will definitely be coming back to Ginger Parkin for more treats!
