I had a mixed experience with Techs On Wheelz, Inc. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my phone and fixed it within a reasonable timeframe. However, the overall customer service could have been better. I felt that some of my questions were brushed off, and the communication could have been clearer. Nonetheless, my phone is working fine now.
