I had an average experience with Santa Barbara Baking. The quality of their products was decent, but nothing extraordinary. I wasn't blown away by the taste or the presentation. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. However, I do wish they had more variety in their product selection. Overall, it was an okay experience.
