I have mixed feelings about Joognu. While their website is easy to use and has a good selection of products, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and I encountered some issues with my order. They did eventually resolve the problems, but it took longer than expected. Overall, I would rate Joognu as average.
