I went there for inquiring the banquet hall, they waited me for half an hour, the person of banquet was not present, no person asked for even water, there I gave my number with the requirement to their assistant, I reminded her the same but then also I didn't get any communication from them. I never expected this from the Hyatt. Now thinking to organise function in Taj Bengal.
