This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with in my almost 20 years in the dental field. Why even have a customer service number when no one will help you. I have been trying to get dental benefits for the last week to no avail. Can't access benefits online and request a fax, forget about it, don't even waste your time as it will never come. Delta Dental should be ashamed to associate themselves with the State of Michigan representing them. I feel bad for all of the hard working Americans that are paying premiums to a company that doesn't care one bit how they treat their customers and providers of service.
