I have been a customer of Edc Inc. for over a year now and I must say that their service is average. The website, edc-alaska.com, is easy to navigate and find information. However, there have been a few instances where my payments were delayed without any clear explanation. The customer support team is responsive but could be more helpful in resolving issues. Overall, my experience with Edc Inc. is neither great nor terrible.
