I recently had an encounter with the local traffic police in Mineral del Reforma, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The officer who assisted me was polite, professional, and resolved the issue quickly. It's great to see such efficient service, and it definitely made a positive impact on my perception of the Secretaria de seguridad pública y transito municipal. Well done!
