I have been a customer of Raven Scales for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The products are of decent quality, but nothing spectacular. The website is easy to navigate and I haven't had any major issues with my orders. However, I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. Overall, it's an alright experience.
