Non existent customer service, they pulled payment a month ago for a mystery box that has still not been delivered, and tried to charge us for a SECOND before shipping the first! Their support team will not reply to phone calls or emails.

Do not use their services, I recommend doing better research than I had. It's a shame, the concept was great.
