I recently booked a trip through this travel company and my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and booking process was smooth. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, the customer service was not as responsive as expected. I had a few queries and it took a while to get a response, which was slightly frustrating. Secondly, the prices advertised on the website seemed reasonable, but when I went through the booking process, there were additional fees that were not clearly stated upfront. It would have been better if these fees were transparent from the beginning. Overall, my trip went well and the accommodations were satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and transparent pricing.
