The surroundings are relaxing. The staff when I checked in made every thing easy. They all were very warm and friendly. The atmosphere seemed calm and happy. I could not help but smile. The room was lovely and the mini-fridge was stocked with goodies. The bar was not overly crowded and they let us order food from the Tribute restaurant. The drinks were premium and not watered down(reasonably priced). My friends ordered a long island iced tea and apple martini and gave it two thumbs up. The burger and fries were top notch. I loved it. During check out the gentleman at the desk was not too friendly and made me feel that when I asked a few questions it was bothersome. Other than that tiny snag, every was awesome. I will definitely be back. I will try the spa next time and let you know how is goes...
I recommend you give the Houstonian a chance.
