The customer service from this company is 👎. I had issues with my order and it took forever to get a response. They were not proactive in solving the problem and seemed indifferent to my concerns. The website is also not user-friendly, making it difficult to navigate and find the information I needed. On a positive note, the product quality is 💪. The engineering of their tech gadgets is impressive and everything works as described. However, based on my overall experience, I can only rate this company as 🤷‍♀️. I expected better customer service, especially for the price I paid. Hopefully, they can improve in this area in the future.
