We dined here for lunch (August 2015) as part of our Sydney Seaplane trip. The views, the staff, teh food were excellent.
The highlight (for me ) was the Manuka Honey and Cinnamon Crumble with Confit orange, orange Bavarois, mandarin sorbet. Outstanding! Somehow they'd made the honey crytalized into mandarin shape which just melted in the mouth. It had tiny dianthus flowers which I picked out, and I'm glad I did bc I noticed little bugs running on the plate afterwards! a little protein! lol.
