So yeah. There's a sales rep by the name of Jay that helped us on a very special day for my mother. My mom has had her car now over a week and she still calls and text me to this day about how pleased she is, but honestly I owe Jay a lot of the credit because he made sure to be there every step of the way. It's also a beautiful thing when you have someone who can relate to your situation. Car buying is stressful period but I'm glad that it was here that we found ourselves after 3 days of searching.
