I recently hired a pest control company to handle an infestation at my home and opted for a local company after hearing good things. Although the website was informative, the service I received was not exceptional. The technicians were punctual and polite, but the treatment didn't seem to fully solve the issue as I noticed some pests lingering after the service. The customer service was responsive when I contacted them about this, but I wish the initial treatment had been more effective. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
