Excellent faculty and staff. Lynette for spinning and group fitness is the best. She is motivated and really enjoys helping others. Brandon Reed as a trainer is excellent. He is very patient and focused on helping people improve their fitness. Front Desk staff of Sean, Jackie and Nelson and Cayhow (weekends) are very good employees. AAC is lucky to have these individuals on the staff.
Best facility in eastern Idaho.
