Actually, it feels more like 4.25 when crowded and 4.75 when you get all the attention of personnel.
"4-" star-level hotel pays its price.
Brand new Hotel was opened December 2018. Rooms in legacy building (main) were rennovated spring 2018, and are fresh and spacious.

Breakfast service has new location and still, deserves just OK ~3* logistics and food selection.
Lunch and dinner service on site is one of my favorite. Five trendy restaurants offer good selection of salads, cold/warm snacks, meats, fishes and desserts - enough to get you entertained even during a two-week stay.
Try farmer's menu, but not overeat :)
Food check is above that average in the Kiev.

SPA is a good addition to the on-site amenities with inside/outside pool, steam saunas and choices of massage and relaxing treatments.
Also, I recommend it for out-of office workshops (15-25 pers.) - either for a day or two days with overnight stay.
