The company as a whole is overpriced and overrated. $525 each for two for a sub-par basement apartment, on the 'cheap' end. Lease is iron tight (only one worse is First Site) placing all blame and responsibility on the lease for the smallest of things ($60 charge for a missing blind spindle). $100 sign up charge for their portal which is then hardly used, even add a percentage charge based off rent if you pay online through it. The owner describes and compares his college tenants to those in "Animal House" (April - WGLT).

The only positive is their maintenance workers which are timely and relaxed. Avoid if possible, be prepared to fight back charges.
