Spotlight Realty is an average company. The service they provide is just okay. I wouldn't say it was great, but it wasn't terrible either. I had some issues with communication and response times, but overall it was an average experience. They did manage to sell my property, so I guess that's something. I wouldn't necessarily recommend them, but I also wouldn't discourage anyone from using their services. It's just a mediocre option in the real estate industry.
