My experience with Elms BMW & Mini was a mixed bag. While the staff were friendly and the overall service was good, I encountered some issues with the financing process. The paperwork took longer than expected and there were some miscommunications along the way. However, the staff worked hard to resolve the issues and ensure that I left satisfied. Despite the hiccups, I would still recommend Elms BMW & Mini for their wide selection of vehicles and friendly service.
