My 2nd brand new unit has stopped cooling and is freezing up again. Can you please get me in touch with the group that owns / manages residential Trane units in Tampa?

I have called my college friend that works for the news station 8 On Your Side. I am going to file a report with the BBB as well. I am extremely disappointed in Trane, especially the residential service group in Tampa.

Again, to summarize. This is my 2nd brand new unit, after the first one was delivered; setup and stopped working 48 hours later. That unit was repaired and stopped working again. I am now on the 2nd brand new unit and it s not working. Similar problem. All within 45 day s.

I have a large family and not having AC is a big problem.

Trane s Customer service was non-existent. I called /emailed /utilized social media. Absolutely terrible.

This experience has been a Trane Wreck and supposedly there motto is nothing stops a Trane
