We took the car in Cluj, the man took nothing to get us back. Cluj headquarters was 5 minutes from the airport. We hired a car for 10 days with all risk insurance and they gave us a bigger car. The price of the best we found and the car very well.
When we left the car in Bucharest we had no problem. We left it, we didn't get in the car after 3 min and they transferred us to the airport, which was 4 minutes away.
Delighted with the service.
