I had a wonderful experience with Shangri-La. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It did get a bit crowded over the weekend, but still had a great experience. I could tell there are a lot of activities for children which makes this hotel perfect for families. I recommend the garden wing with pool view on a high floor; there's great sunlight coming in. The room was a little bit older but it's well maintained. The only thing I would like to see improvement in is the time to respond to a request. When I asked for ice and someone to help bring down luggage it look a bit longer than expected. Other than that, I highly recommend Shangri-la.
