I have been a customer at Academia formula do corpo for a few months now and I must say, I am very satisfied. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the equipment is top-notch. I especially love the variety of classes they offer, from yoga to spinning. The trainers are knowledgeable and always push me to do my best. Overall, a great place to work out!
