With out a second thought one of the most poorly run drilling contractors I have been associated with. No management or backing from the office. Most definitely a very pourly run orginazation. A drilling Superintendent that has no clue what his responsibilities or job functions consisted of. This group of youngsters have a need to learn about the fine art of effective management if they survive long enough to obtain the skills.
