I recently came across a tech company called Empowering diversity in tech & startups and was impressed by their website editspain.org. The company seems to be focused on promoting diversity in the tech industry, which is a laudable goal. While I haven't personally worked with them, their website provides a wealth of information on the initiatives they support. It's great to see companies like this making efforts to create a more inclusive and diverse tech community.
