I have mixed feelings about Sniffer Robotics, LLC. Some of their products have been great and have met my expectations, while others have been disappointing. The customer service has been satisfactory overall, but there have been instances where I felt they could have been more responsive. Overall, my experience has been average, and I would consider exploring other options before purchasing from them again.
