Zero Stars, actually. Absolutely horrible customer service. Nice high-end things, but all they seem interested in is a sale at the end of the day--NOT your satisfaction. They rush and push you into a sale, very high pressure. I purchased from them and while the delivery was great, and the quality is great (not because they have anything to do with the build, thanks goes to FlexSteel) the sales staff gets annoyed with your questions about the products after awhile. This shouldn't be. They should be more than eager to answer any and all questions you have, even if you walk out without buying anything that trip and return several more times. Each visit should feel like its the first visit, and for the money we pay these "sales people" the expectation is clear. Do your jobs well or get out of the people business. Also, the owner Brian is a real piece of work. He is Not aligned with customer service whatsoever. Uses vulgar language towards the paying customer when that customer isn't satisfied.
