I had a very average experience with Future shops. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. I placed an order online and expected it to arrive within a week, but it took almost two weeks for the item to be delivered. The product itself was of decent quality, but I was disappointed with the overall experience. I wouldn't say it was terrible, but it definitely wasn't great.
