I came in on a friday night for. UTI and kidney infection. Staff was really nice and patient and service was pretty quick. I ended up being admitted. The staff while i was there was nice except the sunday i was being discharged. The doctor who discharged refused to give me a doctors note, 1 for missing work and 2 my side and lower back was still in pain and she refused to write a note for my jobs for light work or heavy lifting. She told me i could tell my job what im not ready to do as far as work goes.
