It was recommended I try Pilates. I was skeptical because it seemed boring but I was wrong! Not only do I love it.... I love this studio. As an dedicated fitness woman who works out I have taken many classes. This studio is so lovely. The teachers are caring, kind and knowledge. The owner couldn t be sweeter and the community of women that attend are supportive and kind. I m addicted already! Highly recommend The Art of Pilates!!!
