I had a very average experience with Dokanche.com. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the quality of the products was not up to my expectations. I received a damaged item and had to go through the hassle of returning it. The customer service was responsive and helpful in resolving the issue, but overall, I was not impressed. I would rate Dokanche.com as average.
