Incredibly disappointing venue. We wanted to host a party here for 50 people with an open bar. We scheduled the appointment the day before, and showed up, on time. There was no answer at the door. There was no response to calls. After 20 minutes, we attempted to message via Facebook.

We were told that they decided to close today, because it wasn't busy. We didn't receive any notice, even though 3 members from our company stayed late to tour the venue.

We were given an apology, but no effort was made to resolve the situation. They couldn't schedule a time for us to return.

There was little care given to our time and effort, they were not organized enough to provide notice to cancel or reschedule the appointment before we were waiting outside the door.

If this reflects the customer care and ability to manage events, I would not trust this venue to show up or create a good experience for my employees, customers, friend or family.

Problems happen, but solutions must be provided. Without any effort to fix the situation, I would suggest everyone avoid this venue.
