2k technologies, inc. is an average company. Their website 2ktech.com is okay, but there is room for improvement. I found their services to be satisfactory overall. The customer support was helpful when I had some issues, but it took a bit longer than expected to get everything resolved. Overall, I would say they are decent, but not exceptional.
