I have been a customer of Summit downtown, inc. for several years now, and I must say that their service is average at best. While they do have a decent selection of products, the prices are a bit high compared to other similar stores in the area. The customer service is also just average, with some staff members being more helpful and friendly than others. Overall, I would say it's an okay place to shop, but nothing exceptional.
