I have been a loyal customer of Chesapeake Bay Communications LLC for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. The customer service could be better, as I have had to wait on hold for extended periods of time. However, once I finally reach a representative, they are usually able to resolve my issues. The internet speed is okay, but it could definitely be faster. Overall, I would rate Chesapeake Bay Communications LLC as average.
