Beware of the refund offer offered by LG.

The refund will not be made if the carrier has affixed its label to the barcodes requested by LG, so that it can not be fully recovered.

The invoice, the serial number on the product, the refund form and the few information behind the carrier label are not enough to prove that I bought this product.

In any case I sent the documents that I had in my possession, thank you for making sure that I get the ODR.
