I have been a customer of Ponderosa Water Distribution Company, INC for several years now and I must say that their service is average at best. While they deliver water on time, their customer service leaves much to be desired. There have been multiple instances where I have had to call them multiple times to get a response. The quality of the water is also not up to par as I have noticed a weird taste in it. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
