I had a very average experience with Lumik llc. The website lumik.co was easy to navigate and find the information I was looking for. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and I felt like I was not getting the attention I deserved. Overall, the company is okay, but there is room for improvement.
