This is a review about The Pilates Rx 🧘‍♀️. I've been going here for a while now and I have to say, it's been a game-changer for me. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and always make sure to provide modifications for different levels. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I've seen great improvements in my strength and flexibility. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is top-notch. I highly recommend giving The Pilates Rx a try!
