I have been a customer of Cypress Audio Video for several years now, and I must say their services are average. While their technicians are knowledgeable, they often take longer than expected to complete installations. The quality of their products is good, but I feel that their prices are a bit too high. Overall, I would say that Cypress Audio Video is an average company.
