Looks nice enough on the outside. Just be aware your room request for a layout will *NOT* be honored or confirmed as there is only one layout for people not in their timeshare program which is a two bedroom one bath unit like an apartment - fine if you know that going into it; however, when calling to ask about our initial request the person on the phone had a very rude tone. Staff around the place we're nice, conveniently located (the most positive part.) The tap water here is DISGUSTING! It taste truely awful, it has a sulfur taste and smell to it so your showers and baths will be unpleasant to say the least - I only took baths and used a generous amount of bath salts to cut the water smell. You'll need to buy bottled water for drinking. Room was mostly clean - when getting ready to leave and checking under beds I found a few empty sports drink bottles that we're not from out stay. The second room has the worst design and there's not much you can do about it - it has a light switch but there's no ceiling lights, only a table lamp and a ceiling fan. The smaller bedrooms are next to the walk way which is concrete so it's loud when people walk by and feels like you're staying in a motel. All the switches for the lights are under the towel rack in the unit we stayed in which is confusing and inconvenient. The ceiling in the elevator near our unit was falling down on one corner. Pillows are very fluffy, so if you need a supportive pillow to get a good night's rest you should bring your own.
