Working at GS Group has been an average experience for me. While the company offers stability and opportunities for growth, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of work-life balance and employee recognition. The team members are generally friendly, but the atmosphere can sometimes feel impersonal. Overall, it's a decent company to work for, but there is room for improvement.
