Be aware that you will never get your security deposit back with this company!
one of the most disorganized , unprofessional and unreliable companies, I have ever dealt with ,in the past 12 years I have lived in Dubai.
I rented a studio from Milli last year. At the end of the contract , after I decided not to renew, they asked me to leave 10 days earlier because they had another client and I agreed just to accommodate them.
But first they didn't wanna pay any thing back from the rent amount , then they tried to pay half and at the end agreed to pay back all.

Elena was on my case,calling me 10 times a day asking for 10 different things. As we agreed ,I painted , cleaned and handed over all the keys and access cards just based on the trust I had on haus & haus name.
After that she disappeared for 10 days ,and after 10 days I received the most ridiculous list of problems in the apartment which was either part of wear & tear or already existed before I moved in from Shona & Elena , Having said that ,they had no Idea themselves how many keys & access cards they had given us.
Meanwhile Elena is trying to get the parking access card which I paid 200 aed myself for it ,first for free and then she offered half price !
I cant believe ,She even offered such thing just to make 100 AED on it?!
How ever from their list , I accepted to fix every thing apart from the toilet cabinet(which was already damaged before) and asked Shona to confirm , they will return my deposit after that.
she got back to me with this sentence : you can fix every thing and then the owner will decide about the cabinet .
like I'm stupid enough to trust them and believe them after all the games they have been playing with me.
My question is , are they just making enough excuses just not to return my deposit or am I supposed to repair the damages which a 10 years old apartment has already, BTW their list cost more than twice of my deposit and none of them apart from one ,had any thing to do with me .
As Im discussing this with Shona ,being angry with them wasting my time & money ,She hung up the phone on me .
I talked with Thomas , about the problem ,trying to fix this issue but unfortunately, they didn't give a toss .
please be aware and make sure you never put yourself through the same situation with these people .
